The Scholarship Application enables students to apply for merit-based, need-based, and special category scholarships funded by public institutions. It provides a single digital gateway for managing applications, tracking status, and receiving award notifications — all in one secure, accessible place.
Target
- Students enrolled in accredited secondary schools, universities, or vocational programs
- Citizens and residents meeting eligibility criteria for national or regional scholarships
- Guardians or authorized representatives applying on behalf of minors
- Educational institutions verifying student records

Documents Needed
Mandatory documents (for all applicants):
- Valid national identification document (ID card or passport)
- Proof of enrollment or admission at an accredited institution
- Latest academic transcript or grade report
- Proof of residence (utility bill, rental contract, or municipal certificate)
- Completed scholarship application form (available online)
Optional / depending on scholarship type:
- Income statement or tax declaration of parent/guardian (for need-based awards)
- Certificates of achievement or competition results (for merit-based awards)
- Disability or special status certificates (if applicable)
- Reference or recommendation letter from an academic advisor
Steps to Be Taken to Benefit from the Service
- Create an account on the Scholarship Application Portal using a valid email address or e-ID.
- Complete your personal profile by providing contact details, educational background, and financial status.
- Select scholarship type (e.g., merit-based, need-based, special program).
- Upload required documents in accepted digital formats (PDF, JPG, PNG).
- Review and submit your application before the indicated deadline.
- Receive confirmation by email and track your status in the portal dashboard.
- Await evaluation by the Scholarship Review Committee.
- If selected, accept the award offer and provide your bank or institution payment details for fund disbursement.
Fees required
- Application submission: Free of charge
- Document authentication (optional, physical submission): 10 currency per document
- Courier delivery of official award letter (optional): 25 currency
All online submissions and notifications are free. No intermediary fees are charged.
Method of Applying
Online (preferred method):
- Access the portal at https://scholarships.gov.example.
- Sign in using a national digital identity or register with an email and password.
- Fill in the online form, upload required documents, and submit electronically.
In person (for applicants without digital access):
- Visit the Social Assistance Office in your city or district
- Submit original documents and signed application form
- Assistance staff can help fill out forms on-site
By mail (exceptional cases only):
- Download and print the paper application form.
- Complete and send it with certified copies of documents to scholarships@gov.example

Expected Delivery Time
- Portal account creation: Immediate
- Application review: 15–30 working days after submission
- Award announcement: Within 10 days after review completion
- Fund disbursement: Up to 15 working days after acceptance of offer
